A one minute walk from the beachfront Queens Promenade, this Victorian-style guesthouse is a four minute drive from the North Pier's family-friendly amusements, theatre shows, carousel and dining.

The three guestrooms with en suite bathrooms have traditional furnishings and casual decor. They offer flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making equipment, plus complimentary bottled water and sweets. Some rooms have canopy beds and bay windows.

Home-cooked breakfasts are served in an informal dining room overlooking the garden.
